Whether it's an Open Mic, Community Conversation, work bee, book talk or writer's workshop, there's always something great going on at the library on Wednesday nights. Call us, check our website or Facebook page, or drop in to see what's happening!

From the Stacks

Thursdays, 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Join us every week in the periodicals room for short readings from our collection. Everyone is welcome!

Amnesty International Letter Writing Group

Every other Thursday, 6:00pm

Amnesty International's Urgent Action Network provides an effective and rapid response to urgent situations involving prisoners of conscience, human rights defenders, and other individuals and communities whose human rights are at risk.

Join Ailsa and Dylan every second Thursday in our periodicals/reading room to help compose and send appeals to government officials who have the power to stop the human rights violations, because letters really do have the power to change lives. Drop-in for as little or as long as you like. Everyone welcome!
